I ate the tacos before the gym and then frozen yogurt after! haha!
Oops.



I’m just not a big dinner person anymore. I generally get home later and I don’t like to eat late at night.





So I didn’t quite eat enough calories today. I just was so busy at work I didn’t even think about a morning snack and then wasn’t very hungry when I got home from the gym. And uhm I will be eating on Saturday. It’s fondue day!
Exercise was 44 minute 2.26 mile walk before bootcamp, then bootcamp, then a 10 minute walk after bootcamp. Pretty good!!



Today I did not work out. Instead, I went out!



I also ate a homemade peanut butter cookie (gluten free and healthy actually) and some whole grain cheese puffs but couldn’t find them.
For Exercise I walked 5.6 miles!!
Let’s just not even talk about the weekend ok? OK.
Exercise: 25 min 3 mile walk on treadmill and 50 minutes hip hop class
