So I didn’t quite eat enough calories today. I just was so busy at work I didn’t even think about a morning snack and then wasn’t very hungry when I got home from the gym. And uhm I will be eating on Saturday. It’s fondue day! Exercise was 44 minute 2.26 mile walk before bootcamp, then bootcamp, then a 10 minute walk after bootcamp.  Pretty good!!

I also ate a homemade peanut butter cookie (gluten free and healthy actually) and some whole grain cheese puffs but couldn’t find them. For Exercise I walked 5.6 miles!!
