Smoothie: whole food powder, mixed berries, strawberries, banana
nonfat greek yogurt with granola
1/2 piece of salmon with 1/2 cup of rice noodles and sauteed onion and spinach

Lean cuisine for dinner (I went to tampa and it was that or the drive thru!)

Foods:
smoothie: strawberries, mixed berries, banana, water
yogurt (greek), strawberries, granola
banana muffin (almond flour)
left over grouper & potatoes (only like 4 thin slices of potato), steamed broccolini and grilled onion
And thats it. The rest of the day I ate STRESS!!! WEEEEE!!!!!!
Edit! I ate maybe 1/3 of an almond roll thing with a bit of butter.
And lots of water.
