Smoothie: whole food powder, banana, mango, papaya, pineapple, strawberries Sushi buffet - mostly salmon sashimi, some different rolls, miso soup Lean cuisine for dinner (I went to tampa and it was that or the drive thru!) nonfat greek yogurt with granola almond flour roll

Foods: smoothie: strawberries, mixed berries, banana, water yogurt (greek), strawberries, granola banana muffin (almond flour) left over grouper & potatoes (only like 4 thin slices of potato), steamed broccolini and grilled onion And thats it. The rest of the day I ate STRESS!!! WEEEEE!!!!!! Edit! I ate maybe 1/3 of an almond roll thing with a bit of butter. And lots of water.
