Foodies:

  • Smoothie: banana, strawberries, mango, papaya, pineapple
  • Banana muffin w/peanut butter
  • Chicken wrap - blackened chicken (grilled), broccolini, grilled onion, spinach & spicy hummus on brown rice tortilla
  • Greek yogurt w/strawberries & granola
  • carrots & cucumber
  • DINNER!!!!!!! At the Villagio will be Macademia nut crusted grouper with green beans/carrots & potatoes that I will *only* eat half of because I am going to practice this thing called self-control and the dish is easily 2 meals.
    • So I ate 1/2 the grouper all the veggies and 1/2 the potatoes. I also ate bread and a couple bites of the cake they brought out for me. But the cake was crap.
