  • turkey burger (99% lean turkey with spinach and feta)
  • broccoli

Snack

  • 1 piece ezekiel toast with banana & peanut butter

Dinner

  • 3 oz spicy sweet potato fries (literally… i weighed)
  • 1 mahi mahi burger from Whole Foods
