  • Oatmeal w/1 tbsp almond butter, agave nectar, cinnamon & cocoa powder - 5
  • 1 hard boiled egg white - .5

Snack

Lunch

  • Chicken, noodles, brown rice, onion, scallion, broccoli & mongolian sauce - 8 (maybe? not sure but I watched how much rice and noodles I put in and only used tbsp of the sauce)
